CRITICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

1.     Moisture %: 16-18% (Determined using the DFA Moisture Meter)

2.     Oil Coating:    Per Customer Specification: Available Oils Include
Sunflower oil or Non-Hydrogenated Palm oil

3.    General Defects:

Stems: 1 per 96 oz. (6 lb.) sample average

Capstems: 15 per one lb. sample average

Sugared: 5% by weight maximum – Grade A

Damaged: 3% by weight maximum – Grade B

Moldy: 3% by weight maximum – Grade B

Substandard and Undeveloped: 1.5% by weight maximum – Grade B

Grit, Sand, and Silt: None of any consequence may be present that affects the appearance or edibility of the product

4.  Maturity:    Over 70% by weight

5.  Packaging:    In 12.5-kg net weight cases containing blue poly-liner, sealed
with blue tape

6.  Shelf Life:     18 Months stored in a cool (less than 75°F) dry (less than
65% RH) place. This product does not need to be refrigerated.

7.  GMO:     All raisins are 100% guaranteed not genetically modified.

9.  Origin:     All raisins are 100% grown and processed in the USA.
